    Attraction and passion

Passion, lovely word, many are in the search for real passion. But is it anything to strive for?
First of all we need to define 'passion'. Is it different from love? is it the same but in different phases? Or don't they have anything to do with eachother?

For me passion is not love but love could include passion. I think love i sa growing force within us, passion is the immediate rush within that don't allow us to think rationally. This rush is of course really positive for us and reinforcing the behaviour so many ppl I think are becoming 'addicted' to feel this passion. They need that rush and want to have that thrill that a passion mean. Unfortunately the passion is often not evolving into love (what is love? another topic to discuss) and the peopleare often not ready to stay that long to be feeling the love that might be.
Is this rush for passion a mirror of life today? noone is ready to settle down to see what a love relationship could bring? Or am I just being cynical and pessimistic about all this?

i think that love comes in many forms. you could love your dog, your parents, your lover, your chocolate cake, your children, but all that love is differant each time. passion is more of a physical term used with your partner. its what you DO with your partner that indicates how much passion you have. love with your partner is a feeling. when they are away from you you constantly think about them. you have a sense of feeling "complete" when your in love. and when your in love you feel like your 2 hearts have become one and always comfatable in each others company, even if you dont speak but in the same room. well thats my take on it dunno about anyone else

Yo Cheeky! Passion is a wonderful cocktail of chemicals, that induces the feelings/state & this we refer to as passion. It can certainly become part of love but on it's own...talking in the sexual sense it is just lust. Love- true love is so much deeper. It is the ability to put that persons needs above ur own, a caring that is so deep that it actually hurts. They become a part of you & you actually feel like part of you is missing when they are not there. Good Blog! Thank u 4 commenting mine...I woz saddened 2c that in ur own experience those attributes were not founded..they have been in mine! A most important part of communication is the ability 2 simply listen 2 wot ur partner is saying...sadly..most people don't. They may hear them, but they don't listen! Hope u have a Great Resta Sunday! Luv PF XXX
